I at least think it looks amazing o3o your shading/coloring is superb as always, I love how that cloth and those steel bars look... and I like the backrgound to it too... I can't see why you dislike it yourself D:

I'm not so sure I like the fact that you used lineart for the background, but not on the subject, but I'll toss that aside for the moment. The molding on the wall and the floor lack any real shading, and the dog has no shadow. I'm assuming you went for a ghost...type...subject?
Well, I'm not so sure how to crit on the dog because it's...a little hard to see any features. But I will say that the position of the nose on the face is...well off, and the eyes could look a little more realistic in the style you're using.

I'll...leave the rest of the crits to the others, but I'll go ahead and wish you good luck with your next tryout. C:

 not much to really critique
the only few things that stand out is the bending leg
it's bent awkwardly
it should be more straight
and the skirt
I know hat you were getting at, but I can't see it 3 dimensionally
but you have a really nice shading style!!

 I actually think the legs look fine, the only thing bothering me is the head, it's too far forward to be comfortable, and the eyes seem kindof flat compared to everything else.

I really do like the image as a whole, can't wait to see your second tryout ^^
