I remember your icon! Weavile drew the thing in it once, I think.
I think you should practice on making your shading pop out more while also making sense - as in, how would you get purple shadows if the color reflecting from the light in the room is a dull red? and so on
BUT you're still obviously intermediate so in

yeah, it's not really a big deal for people not as fickle as myself u.u

Though remember, on things like the skirt, you don't need lineart for folds, there is a lot that can be done using a gradient of shades and without using black.
