damon albarn used to be a member of the band blur before they split up
then he started the gorillaz as his own project (i think he did it with someone else... but it's mostly about him.) and he was like HERE'S A NEW ONE... CARTOONZ YEAHHH
so it's just to be different! and tbh i think it's a great idea
i mean he's not ugly but he could be 80 and still performing as long as the characters are cool
he tours with different people all the time
i think at an awards show or something they used projections of the characters... so it was as if they were live.... it's just amazing

i'm in a similar boat, and the best advice i can give is keep your head high and your mum will do the same. my mum's been sick for a few months now, but she still works and exercises and whatnot and she's doing just fine.

I know I'm just mimicking what paisely said, but stay positive!!
I know there's a lot of stuff they're doing now that helps a lot
my grandma had breast cancer and they were able to completely remove it because I guess they caught it earlier on
(she also had some other type of cancer super recently, and she didn't go in immediately and they were still able to remove it)

But yeah, be positive and persevere!
The only similar case I can say I've had.. is my grandma had lung cancer but they caught it so late they couldn't save her. She died a couple weeks after they found out, but she'd been smoking for over 40 years too.

slightly worried about my mum
she's had a lump under her armpit for a long time
and the doctor finally decided to remove it instead of just sticking needles in it
and she's gotta go back for more surgery and then treatment and stuff
and being the little faggot i am i googled it!! and apparently it can mean breast cancer??

idk i just worry way too much. if she's had it for that long and the doctor's seen it it can't be that bad.
