maybe if you slowed down the right leg (the one closest to us)??
the one farther away is like....normal walking pace but the closer leg is lurching forward really fast, and the arms only moving in one part of the walk cycle makes the lurching leg look even more dramatic

It's almost like you've got frames missing. You have the first half of the walk cycle, but not the second.

I love how you did the shading so much ajshfjk I'm jelly of how you did it. 8I AND THE HANDS I LOVEEE THEM. It seems like you need to work on the light source a little more. I'm sure that the light would be strong because it's lava.(IMSORRY IM DISTRACTED i can't think of words) I think you should try doing more detailed backgrounds?

the only thing that sticks out to me is that the torso looks a little long?? and the arms are a little skinny but that's no big problem UwU <3

oh also maybe a bit of an orange ish tint coming from the lava would be super too!! To make it really feel like he's surrounded by lava :>

And I love their expressions and torsosss! The anatomy looks really good. Probably better than me at humans. Though I think you should work on detail. Their doesn't seem to be a lot of it. I can't tell if their is shading on them or if its like a texture sort of thing?

Ohhh yeah I remember you trying out because there was another person who was voted out around the same time that you were accepted and they were kind of upset because you both drew in a similar style (And the other person was voted out because they "Didn't put enough effort into their tryouts" wow we were dicks back then)
I don't think we ever talked or anything aside from "omg welcome 2 WOA XDDDD 0w0;;" but yes I definitely remember you!!!

Well, I'm not very good at critique but I think this looks great!
Even though this is stylized, you have a very good grasp on anatomy, shading, and composition.

I really love how this has been coloured! You've put a lot of effort into it haha.

One thing about the shading is that there doesn't appear to be a light source? I'm gonna assume the moon is the light source but the shading is a bit all over the place.

Another thing is that the limbs seem really stiff? I know it's stylized but her head is a bit big and something about her limbs (her arms especially) seem really off?

But I'm gonna say in because you obviously know your stuff!

The anatomy doesn't bother me and the color palette is pretty unified, so no complaints there!! I think the overall composition could be improved (Which I'll go into more detail on if I can later because I'm too tired to do anything right now, that and I don't...really know what exactly you were going for here, but it's pretty and all), but yeah gonna say in
