I say in, watching your animation, I can see the layering you put into the background, and I really like the sky with the clouds stretched across it.

Anatomy is okay, if I had more time, I would've liked to redline for you, but, overall, IN. ^^

This just seems pretty messy to me. I feel like some more detail/texture in the cave would've been nice? Like you can see all the brush strokes quite easily? OTL I fail at explaining myself.. but like the "painterly" thing can be kinda cool but I just think you should've ~*refined*~ it a little bit... aannnd the water's kind of messy too? like there's a line in the middle and it.. almost looks like you softened some bits but not all? It just sort of looks unfinished in that aspect. It's a nice concept, I just wish you had spent more time on it.
But Anne's right, you have a nice technique watching the animation. :>

Your gallery's not too bad for intermediate so I'm borderline/in ^^;;

Hmm... all in all, the character looks well done and the coloring is nice.

My main attention for critique would be on the background. The shading on the cave looks pretty nice, not much to say about there. But the water and sky I think you could have done better on...

Since the sky is a nice bright color, I think the water could have a little more shine to it. I mean if you've ever looked at a lake or the sea and a nice bright day, you would know how much light the water can reflect. Get's pretty shiny.

It would have also been a little nice to see some gradient to the sky because well... skies have gradients. EDIT: never mind the sky looks fine.

And next time I would suggest putting the sky and water on the same layer. It's a tiny bit much more work, but I think the results are worth the hassle.

And I see a coupla color leaks here and there but they're not a big deal.

But all in all I think you know enough about anatomy and coloring to be considered intermediate so I would say INNNN~

I'll agree with Kyuubi on the messiness... but I can understand how frustrating water, especially the ocean can be. To add more depth in future backgrounds, I'd try implementing atmospheric perspective - fading out things that are further away. I'm sure you'll be improving with every oekaki you do so you're more than welcome~ IN!
